History
The W. Brown story begins in 1987 when the firm was founded in
Newport Beach, California by Bill Brown and a group of
experienced aviation insurance professionals. Their objective
was to offer insurance products and client services that were
simply better than those available elsewhere.
While aviation insurance
was our initial focus, consumer response was so strong and
positive that we added a Property & Casualty Division in 1988
followed in 1991 by a Commercial Auto department. Today, our
aviation program is truly national in scope and is serviced from
our Irvine headquarters.
Today, the W. Brown staff
includes more than fifty insurance professionals but our mission
remains the same as it was on opening day back in 1987. The W.
Brown team is committed to offering innovative insurance
products along with the most responsive customer service
available. Our growth has been exciting but our greatest
satisfaction comes from the fact that we have remained true to
the original vision of our founders.
