More importantly, however, it provides a platform for us to launch new and unique tools allowing our customers to interact with us in many new and automated ways. Coming in the near future will be a full-featured Agent Portal wherein customers can securely access information regarding policies written with WBAIS, see status on pending quotes, edit monthly reported rosters, see renewal status and more. All of the new elements to the Agent Portal are designed with the end goal of making you experience with WBAIS the best it can possibly be.
