We offer coverage for recall costs (including 3rd party recall costs), replacement costs, and consultant costs.In addition to the application below, please send a copy of the insured’s recall plan, crisis management plan, quality control manual, results from the last on-site audit, and any manufacturers or suppliers testing results.
